What's wrong with this picture?

This is from a nice and standard science book. Can you find the mistake?

  1. They mixed up the labeling in the artery and the vein between the heart and the lungs. (Arteries are red, and veins are blue in standard labeling)

  2. did they? i feel like i remember that the pulmonary artery was blue. lemme go google..

  3. the aorta (big red artery on top of the heart) brings the oxygenated blood to the rest of the body, so the arrow should be pointing AWAY from the heart
